My subscription was canceled. How can I restart it?

Canceling your subscription does not take effect on the App until the end of your billings period (or trial period).  You may continue using it in the meantime.

How to reactivate a canceled subscription:

Step 1 (if you clicked the cancel link to cancel your subscription): To reverse a cancellation and reactivate your account, search your email for the subject "TVGuardian App Cancellation Confirmation." Within this email is the link Update My Account Information and Reactivate TVGuardian.  Click on this link and update your billings information.  

Step 1 (if your credit card was declined): To reverse a cancellation and reactivate your account, search your email for the subject "TVGuardian App Subscription has been canceled." Within this email is the link Update My Account Information and Reactivate TVGuardian.  Click on this link and update your billings information.  

 

Step 2: If the TVGuardian App has been deactivated on your Hopper/Joey -- Wait a few minutes after completing Step 1, then go back to the TVGuardian App and reenter your email address to reactivate TVGuardian.  You will probably need to set TVGuardian's filters to your preferred settings.
